M3 also can make call out from cell phone to the connected telephone line and M3 will transfer conversation requirement to users online in another countries. If callee installed M3 also, conversation will transfer to his/her cell phone.
Transfer from M3 to messenger and messenger to M3 is totally free, user will only charged by local mobile rate only.
